This site was the idea of Aaron Stollar, a broadcaster, blogger and lifelong racing fan. After attending races at Road Atlanta, VIR and Baltimore and finding little available online to plan trips to tracks and their surrounding areas. After discussing the matter on Radio Le Mans' Midweek Motorsports Listeners' Collective, he found that he wasn't the only race fan to desire such a sight and found others who were prepared to help. Thus, on a strangely warm December night in Virginia, the site was born.
